The government especially Hishammuddin should understand that most of the crimes are been committed by Malay Youths.

In daily crime areas like Taman Maluri, Pandan Jaya, Desa Pandan and Kg Pandan the robbers and snatch thieves are from Ampang. These robbers have family members who are in the police force. Many times robbers are caught and turn over to the police. Within 24 hours these robbers are released and would return to threaten the people who captured them.

The only time the police do their work is when the robbers are of other races. I can proof it.
