 KOTA KINABALU: A new government can only be formed in accordance with the Federal Constitution and also with the discretion of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said here last night.

The prime minister said Malaysia is a parliamentary democracy supported by a Constitution that guides the decision-making process.

“Whatever claims made by any party can only be validated based on provisions of the Constitution.

“I do not want to go into this subject as this is also part of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong’s discretion, but I stand here today and I’m still the Prime Minister,” Muhyiddin said in his speech at a meet-and-greet session in Luyang here yesterday.

PKR president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim yesterday claimed that he had garnered “formidable and convincing” support from among members of parliament to form a new government to replace the ruling Perikatan Nasional (PN) government.

Muhyiddin said he is still the Prime Minister and holds the responsibility of serving all Malaysians.

“Although I came into the picture (as prime minister) when there was a political crisis after Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad resigned, it was based on the Constitution, and I was appointed by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong to take over.

Muhyiddin said people have been talking about his being a “front door” or “back door” government but he wishes to state that it was formed with the blessings of the palace. — Bernama

SABAH POLLS | A prominent Umno blogger has complained that Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin's messaging in Sabah could cost votes for both Perikatan Nasional (PN) and BN in the Sabah election. 

Zaharin Mohd Yasin noted that Muhyiddin's campaign message has been that having a state and federal government from the same coalition is better but in some places, the prime minister has gone as far as to suggest that a state government from a different coalition could see it getting less aid. “With that statement, 40 percent of independent voters who have yet to make up their mind will not vote PN and 20 percent of voters who wanted to support PN and BN will change their minds. “Because of Muhyiddin's mouth, Sabah voters will not vote PN and BN/Umno. BN candidates will become victims even though it is not their mistake,” he said in a Facebook post.  

Zaharin, who is the former Bandar Tun Razak Umno secretary and a political observer in Umno, predicted a win for the Warisan Plus coalition.  

Making sense of the players, parties and battles Muhyiddin has made multiple campaign appearances for the PN-BN-PBS alliance in the Sabah election, which could serve as a litmus test for his fate in the 15th general election. 

 During a visit to Kudat yesterday, Muhyiddin was quoted by The Edge as saying that the government could only give assistance to Sabah as far as what is obligated under the Federal Constitution because the incumbent Warisan Plus-led Sabah government and PN-led federal government were not on the same page. “If the state and federal governments are on the same wavelength, of one heart, one mind, it’s easier (to channel aid),” he was quoted as saying. 

Former deputy prime minister Wan Azizah Wan Ismail yesterday criticised Muhyiddin's position. “He should be the prime minister for all states and for all Malaysians instead of a prime minister for states that are governed by the party from the federal government or those who vote for the ruling party,” she had said. 

Wan Azizah added contrary to Muhyiddin's position, the previous Pakatan Harapan-led federal government treated all states fairly. Harapan is part of the Warisan Plus alliance, together with Warisan and Upko. Muhyiddin is pushing for his pact comprising PN, BN and PBS to unseat the incumbent Warisan Plus government. Campaigning began on Sept 12 and polling day is on Sept 26.

Wan Shaharuddin Wan Ladin is leading the prosecution in a criminal case against Lim Guan Eng.

GEORGE TOWN: A deputy public prosecutor leading the case against Lim Guan Eng for alleged criminal misappropriation of property has clarified his remarks about a “99% conviction” which drew criticism from lawyers.

Lead prosecutor Wan Shaharuddin Wan Ladin of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) said he had meant that cases that are taken up for prosecution are those with a 99% chance of conviction.

“We are confident with the upcoming trial. The policy at the Attorney-General’s Chambers and the MACC is that we would only pursue cases that have 99% chance of conviction,” he told FMT.

“Of the cases that we prosecute 99% are the ones with a chance of successfully resulting in a conviction,” he said.

What did PN Ministers Do During a Crisis?

When Covid 19 came into Malaysia, the first thing PN Ministers and Prime Minister did was to find ways and means to make money out of the Rakyat misery.
All precautions and measures were given in words and instructions.
Food aids meant for the Rakyat disappear into halls never to be seen for over 3 months.
Donated Face Masks were sold for a profit by PN Ministers.
Free Face Masks for the Rakyat were given to the Ministers' family members.
Had the Rakyat not scolded in harsh words and showed their frustration, Moo would not have given money to the Rakyat.

NGOs were doing a good job of distributing good to the poor and needy until the authorities stepped in and wanted to control the food and collection of money because PN people thought of stealing everything.
At no time did PN Ministers did anything good during MCO for the people.
Instead stupid advice and excuses were given by PN Ministers.
Information and Instructions do not tally and as such everything was very confusing, frustrating to the Rakyat.
This was also the time where PN Ministers went all out to promote themselves in silly and stupid ways.
Then the army were called in to help.
Had the Rakyat not make noise again, I am sure the  Army would have been allowed to carry weapons to monitor movements of the people.
Moo had never been able to manage Covid 19 crisis because he was not only sick but a very incapable person in any crisis. He would hide and let others do the work.
Today it has proven once again Moo is useless when over 1.8 million people were affected by the water cut.
It does not matter that it happened in Selangor.
As a Prime Minister, he must take his job and position seriously.
At no time did any PN Minister stepped in to help.
Again PKR and DAP MPs were the ones who lent a helping hands to those 1.8 million affected Rakyat.
Time again PKR and DAP venture to help.
As someone who was never affected by any water cut, I salute the DAP and PKR members for being heroes in these two crisis namely Covid 19 and water cut.
PAS instead of helping went into protest mood. Not knowing how stupid they look when Kelantan never enjoy clean water for the past 55 years.
Now Perkasa who did nothing at all want to sue the Chinese Scapegoats.

PDRM and AG should be thorough and just in their investigation who were the ones responsible.  It is the duty of PDRM and AG.

So far PDRM and AG are going all out for the blood of the 4 brothers.


From the map shown, there are many others who polluted the water catchment and rivers.
Knowing how sloppy and unjust the investigation can be, I am not surprise the whole episode will be close just by charging the 4 brothers alone.

If this continue then it will be back to square one in another month or so.

People like Khairy are praising Moo because they are given position in government and GLCs.

But in reality Moo is a weak and incapable person to manage any crisis.

Since March 2020 till today, the economy in Malaysia has collapsed.
The Rakyat are suffering because the Government has no proper planning and capable people to do a proper job.

Today the whole country is on auto pilot.
Moo is only interested to get more people on his side.
Bersatu running on full gear to secure more MPs to join Moo by offering millions in bribe, big projects and posh posts.
UMNO is running on full gear to escape jail sentence.
PAS is happy receiving huge salaries and position without working.

Everyday Moo and Azmin Ali are scheming how to siphon money and get more members.

Since March 2020, not a single job have been created for the Rakyat.
Since March 2020 not a single investment has come to Malaysia, even though an arse hole from PAS claimed he had secured a RM95 billion investment. 

Then we have Ministers who divert attention to their wrong action by blaming a girl.

Then we have a Finance Minister and AG blaming the ex Administration for their stupid and lack of expertise in negotiation.

On Friday Moo will announce LOCKDOWN IN SABAH because he is desperate not to lose to Warisan in the coming election this month.

Moo will once again use Covid 19 as an excuse.

In the end History will remember Moo as the backdoor leader of a government run by crooks, murderer, liars, rapists and scammers.

There is not much assets left after PN continue to steal and grab.
There is not much money left in EPF which PN Ministers are using freely with no accountability to anyone.

In fact the whole Cabinet are answerable to no one.  They simply do what they like and are well protected by MACC, PDRM and AG.

Some of the stolen 1MDB money has been returned to Malaysia but it has vanished.

After GE15, Moo, Azmin Ali, Zuraida, Rina Harun, Finance Ministers and other Ministers have to answer US, WHERE OUR EPF SAVINGS HAVE GONE.

I PRAY THAT THE RAKYAT WILL STAND UNITED TO DEMAND ANSWER AND RIGHT ALL WRONG DONE BY MOO AND PN MINISTERS.

NOT ONLY NAJIB, ZAHID, AZEEZ, ISA HAVE TO SERVE THEIR TIME IN SUNGEI BULOH BUT PN MINISTERS ALL HAVE TO GO IN TOO.

IT IS TIME TO CORRECT ALL WRONG DONE BY THESE CRIMINALS ESPECIALLY THOSE IN PAS WHO WERE NEVER CHARGED BEFORE.
