Repressive laws that will ignite the time bomb

Since Najib became the PM, he has always maintain that people must come first. That he would listen to the grievances of the people. He would be the PM for the people. He said UMNO is a brand to be trusted. Najib said he would transform Malaysia into a "best democracy."

Time and again he never kept his words or promises. Instead he has transformed UMNO into a Malay Communist party that take away our freedom provided by the country's supreme law.

Yesterday the Peace Assembly Bill was tabled giving the Home Minister and Police unfettered powers to further restrict the freedom to assemble. It impinges on free speech. The Bill is worse than the existing and unconstitutional section 27of the Police Act 1967 it was to replace.

Then we have the Domestic Defense Act (DDA) to replace ISA.

Hishamoo the Home Minister said, “The DDA will provide for a detention period (without trial) to be determined by me or my cousin whereas the ISA had a fixed maximum detention period of two years only.” This means that the new law will empower the government to detain an individual indefinitely without having to go through the mundane process of reapplying for such detention to be extended every two years. The Home Minister said that this is done to save costs as every reapplication takes time, effort and money, as the documents have to be completed in triplicate.

As for making appeals, the GOM will charge each appeal a minimum RM100,000 (in cash only) for processing the appeal documents (which must be in triplicate).

So as Malaysian what do you think of these repressive laws that are pushed down our throats? Do we just shake our heads in dismay and do nothing? Do we just wait for a brave man/woman to voice our disgust and do nothing? Or do we say enough is enough and act on it?

Today a foreigner pose this question to me, WHAT DOES THE MALAY WANT?

Good question requires good answer. But the problem with the Malays is that they themselves do not know what they want. They have everything and they have nothing.

As for the Chinese especially those in MCA, they will just follow like a lamb whatever UMNO instruct. MCA main objective is to raise the HUDUD LAW. That is their only job.

MIC is trying to stay afloat. Their own people can go to hell.

As for the others, they only support winners.

So how to get out from the Malay Communist Party? We need a civil war. And that my friends will be 2012. The time bomb is waiting to explode.

Feng Shui Masters predicted that Malaysia will be spare from civil unrest. But they forget that Najib and FLOM hold the key to the demise of UMNO. With DDA replacing ISA and Peace Assembly Bill from Section 27 of the Police Act 1967, Najib and FLOM are about to ignite the time bomb.
