I write to seek your attention and help regarding a certificate that was issue by Edith Cowan University, WA with the University seal.
The certificate is in the name of one male by the name of P. Kamalanathanlp. Panchanathan. Bachelor of Communications. Certificate number is 2004100372 and dated 25th November 2003.
Would appreciate if you could check whether the certificate and the named person are both genuine.
Over here in Malaysia there are many people connected with the Government claiming they have degree or master. But upon checking we found the certificate were photoshop. As this is a cheating crime and we Malaysians view it a serious case and would like to take legal action against the person concern, your help is utmost important.
Please contact me if you need more information to enable you to search for the file since it is a 2003 certificate.
