200 Cheating Cases Per Day

This is the amount of reported cases to Bank Negara per day. Most of these cases are related to people who are in the investment business. There are consultants for big companies like CIMB Wealth Advisors etc…….. With a big company backing these consultants can easily influence innocent especially the pensioners into investing so called off shore scheme that will give better returns. At the beginning, the investors do get their interest, but after three to five months payment, the money will suddenly stop coming in. This is the beginning of a long journey of excuses. These consultants will suddenly change their role into spin tellers giving all kind of excuses why there is no more money coming in. The most useable excuses would be Bank Negara is asking for this and that requirements. Then again there is delay because of miscommunication in overseas. Lies and more lies blaming Bank Negara. Eventually when the truth comes out, either these consultants disappeared or they will blame one of the investors for reporting to the police and Bank Negara and losing all the money.

Take the case of the investors of Exelasia Venture Sdn. Bhd. Lisa Chin Lai Fun and Bryan Ching Lai Hin are both unit trust consultants for CIMB Trust Fund. The Original Team was called Destiny Team. It has cease under that name. But Lisa Chin and Bryan are still unit trust consultants with CIMB and the company is now known as CIMB WEALTH ADVISORS BERHAD. Using the CIMB name and their position, Lisa Chin and Bryan Ching set about gaining the confidence of their clients and families, to convince them to take out their legitimate investment into an illegal one. But at no given time did they inform their clients that the scheme was not legal. Every investor I spoke to has said that Lisa and Bryan had mentioned that CIMB was one of the backers for the scheme. Without proper investigation with CIMB, these investors invested RM6 million of their sweat and life saving into it.

The Directors of Exelasia Venture Sdn Bhd.are George Kurka Anak Maja (NRIC No: 621204-13-5321), Sansudim Bin Ariffin (NRIC No: 560927-11-5141) and Lisa Chin Lai Fun (NRIC No: 671107-08-5882) are still insisting that the funds, their commission for helping to bring in the old RM500 and RM1000 to Malaysia (will be used to return the invested sum to the investors) are coming from Indonesia but needed two conditions to be fulfilled. But since I have already lodge a police report Sansudim and Lisa said that Bank Negara will now expedite the process faster and that he Sansudim will leave for Indonesia to collect the fund. In the meantime the directors of Exelasia Venture Sdn. Bhd. have asked or should I say persuaded investors not to support my action against them. They have even convinced some that I will only jeopardize the return of funds. After failing for two years to refund the invested sum now they are still spinning tales of getting the money soon. SOON can also mean forever in their language. This is the result of our Malaysian education.

To add further insult to my old brain, ten investors and I were at Bank Negara on the 9th September 2008 and had an open discussion with Encik Kamal and Encik Nizam from the special investigation unit. Every questions and queries were answered without hesitation by both of them. The Bond were forged, the involvement of Bank Negara were lies. Encik Kamal advice to all investors of Exelasia Venture Sdn. Bhd. is to cooperate and work together with Bank Negara and money invested can be recovered from the frozen assets. So investors are you going to continue to believe Lisa, Bryan, Sansudim and George and get only AIR or in bahasa ANGIN?
