Syariah Court is not MAHKAMAH BENAR OF MALAYSIA

Mahkamah benar rayuan Mais kembalikan status agama wanita

A lady was born to a Hindu father and Buddhist mother.
Her parents converted to Islam when she was 5 years old and she automatically was pronounced as Muslim.
Her parents divorced after that.
Her father passed away.
Her mother married a Malay man.
The lady concern then decided to revert back to her born religion.
The court allowed it.
But the Islamic freaks said NO and went to the Syariah Court.
As usual no one or woman can win in Syariah Court.
My question to Sultan and all these Islamic Judges.
Do women and those automatically converted got no standing in Malaysia?
All these nonsense started when Mahathir wanted to buy the hearts of the Malay by opening the Syariah laws, Jakim and Mais.
Today Jakim and Mais are misusing the Syariah Courts to control the Malays.
THIS IS MORALLY WRONG.
THE LADY CONCERN WAS NEVER A BORN MELAYU OR MUSLIM.
SO WHY THOSE BUSYBODY AND FRUSTRATED ISLAMIC FREAKS PUT FENCES ROUND HER LIKE A CRIMINAL?
MORALLY SHE IS RIGHT NOT TO BE A MUSLIM.
LEGALLY SHE IS RIGHT NOT TO BE A MUSLIM.
NO PARENTS OR ISLAMIC COUNCIL CAN FORCE A CHILD OR A PERSON TO BE MUSLIM.
ONLY IN MALAYSIA THERE IS SUCH SHIT.
THE DOUBLE LAWS AND DOUBLE COURTS ARE LEGALLY WRONG TO HAVE IN A NATION.
EVERY NATION MUST ACT ACCORDING TO ONE LAW AND ONE COURT.
SYARIAH COURT IS NOT MAHKAMAH BENAR. THIS IS SO STUPID.
THE REAL COURT OF MALAYSIA IS THE ONE ABOVE.
MALAYSIA IS NOT AN ISLAMIC NATION.
MALAYSIA IS SECULAR UNDER THE FEDERAL CONSTITUTION.

In the Constitution of Malaysia, Islam is granted the status of "religion of the Federation" to symbolize its importance to Malaysian society, while defining Malaysia constitutionally as a secular state.

I NOW UNDERSTAND WHY AG WANTS TO CHANGE THE ENGLISH WORDINGS IN THE FEDERAL CONSTITUTION SO THAT THE ISLAMIC FREAKS CAN CHANGE THE LAWS TO SUIT THEM.

I CALL UPON ALL RIGHTFUL CITIZENS OF MALAYSIA TO STOP THIS NONSENSE AND TO DEMAND THE CLOSURE OF JAKIM AND MAIS IMMEDIATELY.
