He first resigned as Treasury Sec-gen.

Now he resigns from TNB.

CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN WHY HE IS SET FREE?

DID HE PAY TAXES FOR THOSE MILLIONS HE RECEIVED AS GIFT/DONATION?
