Education ministry aims for zero dropout rate in schools
One can talk and talk but help is needed to re-educate the behaviour and mindset of the teachers and the big bullies who are Principals.
Most time it is the Principals who misled and misused their position especially those with titles in securing business in the schools they are heading.
If the Principal is racist so too will the teachers.
If the Principal is abusive so too will the teachers.
If the Principal is political so too will the teachers.
Education Ministry must re train principals and teachers to uphold their duty to teach and be empathy to students.
Schools are not prison nor a factory to produce robots.
Let all schools be a two way system whereby students and teachers must help each other in each subject.
The atmosphere in a school must be friendly, open minded and respect.
When I was in Primary I was taught the 4 weathers, the different climate, the different culture, the square and folk dances and most important, students were not branded to their race and religion.
I believe that if this kind of teaching and understanding are brought back, the future is bright.
So can we begin immediately?
