Exactly like Gordon Brown, Najib knows he can say or promise the sky but need not fulfill. Legally speaking Najib has NO AUTHORITY TO GIVE OUT MONEY, PURCHASE ANY JETS OR SIGN ANY CONTRACTS FOR ANY PROJECTS.
But anyway back to this lovely idea from that fool Najis. I don't know what kind of City Center that Cyberjaya needs. Basically that place is like a ghost town. But since Najis is in need of money after spending RM20 billion for this 13th GE he needs to recoup somewhere. What better place to choose from and to please Mahathir at the same time. Yes, Cyberjaya belong to that Mamak. That Mamak who used our money to buy that land on the pretext for UMNO but in actual fact for himself and lease it back to us. But wait, since spirit are roaming around why not build a mosque for them. Again the cash register rings. Mixed Development to house what? Spirit of course.
