Why is there a rise in school bully?

During my time there were less bullying and more comradeship.
Today there is no longer such thing.
The Education system is in a mess.
The Teachers are too self- centered to care.
The Division of races and religion encourage by UMNO, Perkasa and Malay NGOs have gone too deep.
And Allah has constantly reminded us of all the wrong doings as shown here today.

Let us all do a thorough clean up and put everything into its original path.
