Bragging Not Going To Bring In INVESTORS

Lately Anwar, Rafizi and Fahmi's boys are bragging about billions of investment coming in from China and USA.

My age and experience tells me it is all BULL SHIT.

What is the benefit of signing MOU?

An MOU is important because it allows each to clearly state their objectives and what

they expect from one another. Drafting an MOU can help solve any disputes before each

party enters into a full legally binding contract.

Risks of an MOU

These include confusion or ambiguity about the legal status and enforceability of the

document as well as unrealistic expectations if the parties fail to deliver or perform.

Is a MOU legally binding?

Since MOUs typically aren't legally binding, signing one won't make it enforceable in court.

But a memorandum of understanding still needs to be signed by all relevant parties and 

each signer should officially authorized to sign for the party they're representing.

Today the Speaker is in China calling all students to come back to Malaysia to create jobs.

Now let me be clear about the MOU and what the speaker had said.

As Long as Anwar and his Madani Government inist on keeping the Quota System, No investors will be interested or students will come back to create jobs.

Investors has no liking when told to take in 70% of workers who cannot speak, read or write in English.  Nor do they want workers who are like robots. Must be told what to do and cannot think for themselves using common sense.

Students who are studying overseas especially Non Muslim/Non Malays are forced to study outside their own country because of the stupid quota system.  These students studied using their parents money or scholarship from overseas.  This is because Malaysia got a racist system in place.  Then when they come back, they are supposed to help the one race and not their own kind.  If they do help their own kind, the whole one race will go wild, screaming and shouting till your business collapses.
The mentality of the one race is the most dangerous one and no sane person would want an uprise.
You want your business to grow, go overseas like Japan, Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, Thailand or Vietnam.
Get rid of the Quota System and APs Monopoly, then investors and students overseas will consider.
Meanwhile stop bragging Anwar is doing a great job getting MOU Investors Only..  
MOU is for bragging.
I want to see real money and real projects.
China is 1500% advance than Malaysia and there is nothing for us to offer.
China did not specifically comment on the palm oil deal in a statement on the State Council website about Li hosting Anwar.
Did not specifically comment means it is not true.
Only stupid fools do not understand the statement.
