Quota to kill

A male detainee died after fainting in the lock police headquarters (IPD) Maran on Wednesday afternoon.
Maran OCPD DSP Hamid Sulaiman A 40-year-old detainee alleged unconscious in the lock about 12.30pm before the police call an ambulance to take him to the hospital Jengka.
He said once the ambulance arrived, the men were found to have no breathing and paramedics who came to help verify the detainee's dead.
"The ban is believed to suffer from chronic diabetes and had taken some time to receive treatment in a hospital before," he said when contacted today.
He said detainees were charged under Section 3 (1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1983 was arrested by police on June 16 last year.
Solomon said, detainees are also in the process of being sent to a rehabilitation center near Gambang here to undergo treatment and rehabilitation in a rehabilitation center for two years. - Bernama, July 6, 2014.
