Police ran red light and hit victim

Post by "我们是马来西亚人！We are Malaysian!".

Policeman ran a red light and knocked an innocent boy.  Policemen who came to the scene did not bother to take care of the victim instead help their colleague.  Is it because the innocent victim is an Indian?
