The Malays have become dogs

Listen carefully to the answers given by DBKL officers.
1.  They claimed that Dataran Merdeka is a private property.  Please pray tell since when.
2.  They did not believe that their salaries, bonus, medical, uniform, shoes, beret were all paid by the Rakyat. Thanks to UMNO, the Malays have become dogs.
