47 years ago we bonded along the ravine.
We went our own ways but once in a while our paths meet.
The subject today is RESPECT AND PERSERVE THE DIGNITY OF A MOTHER.
In his own subtle way he got me to meet up with my biological mother. Next was to understand the reason why I was given away.
Then he set an example on how he cared and love his mother.
When he first started his business he got his brothers and sisters to look after his mother by giving them incentives.
When he became a millionaire he built a house for his mother.
When he became a billionaire he bought a building and created a foundation in his mother's name.
He was humble and never once hurt his mother.
Though at times there were differences in opinion, he went out his way to cater for his mother's need.
47 years of friendship, I have seen the ups and down but his focus and belief was HIS MOTHER.
To every child, their first connection into this world is the MOTHER.
Yet not many understood this.
One can have ONLY ONE MOTHER
One can have many siblings.
One can have many spouse and children.
We crossed swords in public and in private but I AM PROUD TO HAVE KNOWN HIM FOR 47 YEARS.
YESTERDAY WAS A TIRING DAY FOR ME TO SEE MY FRIEND, MY GUARDIAN AND MENTOR NOT WELL.
I BELIEVE THAT WHEN IT IS MY TIME TO GO, HE WOULD BE AT THE GATE WAITING.
