We (the legal team) are prepared to file an action against Dato Seri Azmin Ali as a test case to hold him accountable to the Gombak parliament constituency voters.
We need plaintiffs/Applicants (as many as possible) to file a class action.
We cannot allow MPs to simply jump parties and destabilise the duly elected government. This is not freedom of Association but greed and breach of trust.
There is no guarantee we can succeed but it will be a first case for MPs (there is a court decision on state assembly men which says they have a right to jump party.)
This test case will also put on Notice other such MPs not to simply take the voters for granted.
