Using our money to promote himself.
Only in Malaysia such action is not consider a serious crime.
Knowing his time is near Najib is promising the sky.
Like Gordon Brown, Najib knows he cannot deliver the goodies so what is the harm in handling out more gifts and talking rubbish.
