PDRM and MACC are a bunch of THUGS

 

Police deny beating suspect after group alleges he was abused in custody

Police alleged Anwar abused himself.

MACC claimed Teoh strangled himself.

PDRM refused to acknowledge they caused Kugan's death.  So did Kugan abused himself?
