Did Farah Shazliyana pay her taxes?

THE SIN MONEY IS FROM AZMIN ALI'S ERA AS MB OF SELANGOR.

BRIBES AND COMMISSION ALL GOES TO HIS CHILDREN, WIVES AND MISTRESS ACCOUNT.

DID PDRM AND MACC BOTHER TO INVESTIGATE OR NEED POLICE REPORTS BEFORE ACTING?

MY QUESTION TO ALL MALAYSIANS.

HOW CAN SOMEONE WHO HAS NEVER WORKED IN HER LIFE, HAVE A SAVING AND INCOME OF OVER RM1 MILLION MONTHLY.

IS SHE A PROSTITUTE OR RUNNING AN ILLEGAL BUSINESS, THANKS TO HER FATHER?

WHEN IS INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT, MACC AND PDRIM GOING TO CHECK ON ALL THE WIVES, MISTRESS AND CHILDREN SO CALLED SAVINGS AND INCOME OF THE POLITICIANS?

I PERSONALLY KNEW A PAS MP WHO IS NOT ONLY A MILLIONAIRE BUT HIS WHOLE FAMILY MEMBERS ARE MILLIONAIRE TOO.  YET THEY DO NOT WORK.

TODAY OUR POLITICIANS ARE ALL PARIAH OF THE HIGHEST ORDER.

Businesswoman to be first in Malaysia to be charged with 'smurfing'

PUTRAJAYA: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) is expected to charge a businesswoman with transaction restructuring amounting to RM230,000 at the Kuala Lumpur courts tomorrow.

This is believed to be the first such case in the country.

Sources said the woman, in her 50s, is suspected to be involved in such an activity to avoid being detected by the bank, which is required to report to Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) with regards to transactions involving more than RM50,000 performed by a client daily.

The source said between January and May 2018, the suspect is believed to have directed an individual to deposit money into her business account in smaller amounts, not more than RM50,000, in several transactions on the same day to avoid alerting the bank of the suspicious transactions.

"The RM230,000 were deposited into the suspect's business account through several transactions.

"The bank involved in managing the transactions did not submit the Cash Threshold Report (CTR) to BNM as multiple transactions are allowed on a day," the source said.

The source added that CTR is a mechanism for BNM to monitor any cash transactions, whether deposit or withdrawal, by any individual in a bank.

The source said the transaction restructuring or "smurfing" is a technic used by financial criminals to deposit and withdraw cash from their illegal proceeds in any financial institutions.

"Such action is an offence and can be prosecuted under Section 4A(1) of the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001," the source said.

In December 2018, BNM amend and set the amount for CTR from RM50,000 to RM25,000 in a day effective Jan 1, 2019.
