Police report: 

1. victim taken to hotel on Fri Dec 4 with 1 associate, 2 females 
2. woman said she got intoxicated
3. victim said PN party division leader joined them at karaoke 
4. victim had vague memories of what happened after karaoke
5. said she felt assemblyperson helping her walk
6. last recollection, before passing out, perpetrator’s face on top of her
7. she awoke 4am (Sat, Dec 5) alone and naked
8. felt violated, found condom in bathroom
9. She was unsure which 2 of male associates allegedly responsible
10. she brought items from hotel as supporting evidence 

• Malaysiakini has contacted assemblyperson and 2 accused for comment
• Police confirm investigating under Section 376 Penal Code, rape
• KL police said several "unidentified" suspects arrested Dec 6 last year
• day after the victim had lodged her police report
