Beware of Extortist VAC 5247
Watch out for this motorcyclist who is faking motorist having knocked into him and demanding settlement. I saw him a few minutes ago doing the same shit near the Malaysian Nanban office and now near Papa Rich also in Jalan Ipoh. He targets lady drivers. Perhaps our police should nab him, beat the shit out of him and throw him in jail before he makes this a career.
