Selangor Morality Police

Since the formation of Selangor Morality Police in 2013, many incidents similar to the abduction of Pastor Raymond Koh have been blackout by media on instructions from the authorities.
The victims who gave into the demands and threat from the Moral Police are allowed to live while others just simply disappeared.  Some were found without their head.
If one were to think ISIS beheading cannot be found here, one must be living in Mount Kinabalu.
There were more then five police reports made against Pastor Raymond in the past as such action were taken on 13th February 2017.
I have only one question.
Is it legal for the Moral Police to act as NAZI?
