Anyone from DAP can explain this?

It's been claimed that the "kissing cousins" of DAP Perak has vested interest in the largest timber concession in fellow Pakatan Rakyat state of Kelantan.Ironically none of the Directors of the company originate from Kelantan.

Since the Menteri Besar himself has the absolute authority to approve timber concessions,does it mean he has vested interest as well with the 'kissing cousins" of DAP Perak?
