This is not how one tackles the rat problem

What Hannah should do is tackle from the root.  I have written to ex-Exco Datuk Teng (DAP) ways to tackle this with immediate result yet he refuses to bother.  So do you understand now why it is people like Datuk Teng who is to be blame for the rise in dengue and NOT MB KHALID who is stingy with money. Money are given but it is ex-Exco who misused the money.
It is time Hannah channel her brain and energy into concrete solution.
