Malaysia playing hide and seek

Malaysian Government now claim that the cargo manifest is with PDRM and they cannot do anything about it.  

My question is WHY SEEK INTERNATIONAL HELP IF MALAYSIA GOVERNMENT DOES NOT WANT TO CO-OPERATE WITH THEM?

Again WHAT HAS MALAYSIA TRANSPORTED THAT IS HIGHLY SECRETIVE TO THE WORLD?

IS MALAYSIA HELPING TERRORIST TO TRANSPORT ARMS?
