Over 120,000 Standard One students still can’t read, 

write and count, says minister

Hello Minister, not only standard one students cannot read, write and count.

Try University or maybe you pretend not to know that at least 1% of so called grads still cannot write and speak properly.  How about that?

Yes, these so called grads pay others to do their assignment and sit for the test.

My friend teaches at a University in Selangor and he can pinpoint the students who do that openly.  And what does the University have to say - Pretend you don't know.

Money is the game.

And the game is money.
