Political Party Service Center a service failure

Political Parties set up Service Center as a gap between politicians and the people.  The nature of goods, type of market failure, tasks involved in delivery and demand for a service affect political commitment and organizational control.

I stay in Taman Maluri Kuala Lumpur and the nearest PH Coalition Party Service center is in Pudu.  It cost me a mere 80 sen to and fro.  Time to and fro about 1 hour.  But................

I am a Selangorian but stay in Wilayah Persekutuan.

Selangor State Government provide so called services and give benefits to Selangorians.  But........


Benefits involve an allowance.

I submitted twice for the past 2 years.  One through email and another by post laju.  I check on the net and found it was approved but I never received a single sen. Money was siphoned off by someone.  You know, I know and Everyone know that person is today a Minister and a billionaire with RM8 billion slush fund.

Now the month of Novemeber, I downloaded another form for birthday shopping voucher of RM100.

The nearest Selangor Adun would cost me around RM30 to and fro and time about One Hour 40 Minutes. 

So I go to DAP Service Center in Jalan Brunei, Pudu. Total cost 80 sens and just 1 hour.

The Drama begins.......

On looking at the filled form, I am told no benefit given because I stay in Wilayah Persekutuan.  I explained that during the time of my birth Pudu was Selangor.  I have the number 10 written in my MyKad.  Two suspicious faces look at me we plenty of doubt.

Only original copy of the Warga Emas are accepted.  Downloaded cannot.  What the fuck.  Nowhere it is stated so.

Then they cannot sign and stamp the form because Pudu Service is Wilayah Persekutuan not Selangor.  So people who are staying in Sabah or Penang or Johore but are Selangorian cannot get the nearest the coalition parties service center to sign and stamp their forms too.

So everyone has to travel all the way to Selangor to get an Adun to sign and stamp their forms and then go to Selangor State Office to submit the form personally. 

First of all it is common for Selangorians to live outside the place they are born in.
Secondly for a mere RM100 shopping voucher one has to go through many red tapes to submit.
Thirdly all these service centers do not cater for the Seniors with leg problem and OKU especially those with wheelchairs.  Most service centers are 1st or 2nd or 3rd and the highest is 4th floor without lift.

We are moving into 5G next year but already with 4G, service center cannot coordinate with each other to make their services more friendly and easy for the elderly, sick and handicap.

To me any coalition party service center should do the same work helping each other to service the people.

There is lack of team work and selfishness on every coalition party.  They do not understand that they should work and act as a team.

What is the point of giving out scheme of benefits to the Rakyat when one has difficulty in submitting a mere form.

I find it incredible to give petty excuses and anger the Rakyat more now that it has proven PH Government is just as bad as Barisan era.

During Barisan time, I manage to get things done through UMNO and MCA service centers and had Tony Pua (DAP) coming to HQ Pudu to meet not once but thrice.

Now that PH is the government everyone in the coalition party is giving excuses not to sign and stamp a mere form.

HELLO, PLEASE DO THE RAKYAT A FAVOUR BY CLOSING DOWN YOUR STUPID FUCKING SERVICE CENTER.
