A man of principle would have resigned but then again we are dealing with thick skin

A man who is supposed to be morally upright and fear God is now sticking to his gun not to resign even though he knows his action is against Islam, public interest and hygiene.  This has become habitual in a country like Malaysia. Instead we get his family members asking and demanding the authorities to take action against the parent who brought the matter to public attention. Adding more salt to the wound the parent concern received threat that her daughter would be kidnap and the child was threatened by Teachers and other Malay students from the school.
Interesting enough all the people who are against the parent happens to be MALAY/MUSLIM.  So once again certain Malays are showing themselves to be fucking idiots.
One of the things that my mum had to do as a principal was to repeatedly remind students to wash their hands after going to the loo and before eating.
The Japanese are known to using mask in public places when they are unwell or having a cold so as not to spread the germs to others.
Koreans are health conscience where everyone uses glove when handling food.

I am happy people like Dr Rafick has spoken.

I refer to The Malaysian Insider report dated July 26,  2013: “School need not tell everything to parents," says Seri Pristana PTA chief, written by Yiswaree Palansamy.
To be fair to the PTa president, Hussein Mohd Ariff, I am only assuming that what was reported by the reporter was exactly what the PTA president said.
Firstly, let me say that as an ex-PTA president, majority of the PTA members has no clue what PTA is all about and many of them have not seen the PTA constitution.
Going by what was written by The Malaysian Insider, clearly Hussein Ariff has very little clue on what is the actual role of the PTA.
As he is quoted: "The school has the right to choose what it wants to disclose to the parents and this includes the decision to open up the shower room as a makeshift canteen," Hussein told The Malaysian Insider in Kuala Lumpur today. It is not up to us to meddle with the schoto support and raise funds for their programmes."
While there is appropriate regulation that bars the PTA from interfering with the school administration, it does not mean that PTA committee members have to rubber-stamp everything that the school does.
The role of the PTA goes far beyond giving support and raising funds. It should be about ensuring that the school does things that make sense and for the benefit of the children. Had such a proposal been discussed by the PTA, then they should have contributed their views when it makes sense.
It is pure logic that such an idea does not make sense to the average person irrespective of race and religion.
In a PTA, the headmaster functions purely in an advisory capacity. It has no power to push the PTA to accept any suggestions from the school. The PTA committee members should have played a greater role in deliberating such issues and make a formal and clear position of the matter. Parents are equally to be blamed.
Most parents do not even attend PTA meetings. In most schools, during PTA meetings, teachers outnumber parents and there are so many reluctant candidates when it comes to leading the school PTA.
Clearly what is wrong here is that the balance between PTA and school was not there and the PTA is currently reacting to the sensationalised news. No matter how good the headmaster's intentions were, taking such a step does not make sense.
If indeed space is a constraint, they should have done the necessary things to expand the canteen. Worst case scenario, the teacher’s canteen should have been moved into the washroom.
On the so-called renovation, it should have been done during the school holidays. I don’t think changing the door is “very crucial” and it should not take more than 2 days to do such job. My advice to the PTA members, please go back and study the constitution and stop “menegakkan benang yang basah”.
Based on my personal observation, I would be very concerned that the teachers at the school will victimise the child whose parent blasted the news while the PTA chairman's child will get special treatment.
The threat to the child is real. I have seen enough cases in my lifetime. - July 26, 2013.

The SK Seri Pristana issue is now being fought out in Facebook.
The angry parents are on one page while a newer fan page has been launched in support of the school's headmaster Mohamad Nasir Mohd Noor.
More than 1,000 netizens have already thrown their support behind the headmaster in the new Facebook page which was created yesterday.
The page administrator has picked quotes from blogs voicing support for the headmaster while slamming Guneswari Kelly, (as she is known in her Facebook page) the mother of a pupil who uploaded photos showing non-Muslim pupils having their meals in the shower room at recess.
In a posting, the page administrator said the issue has "brought down" a national school, which has a majority of Malay students, and may possibly force a dedicated headmaster to lose his spirit.
The post added that this case was brought about by the mother of a "minority" student who now has gotten the support of the MIC, MCA, DAP, PKR and PAS.
The school explained they resorted to using the shower room as the canteen could not accomodate all the students. Parents, however, are crying foul claiming that the reason given by the school was not true.
Following the outcry, the school shut down the shower room and re-opened the canteen yesterday.
On the Facebook page set up by the group in favour of the headmaster, netizens were defending his actions and sharing blog posts of those who visited the school and found the situation to be contrary to what was alleged.
They also urged the police and the authorities to take immediate action and to "arrest" the individual who reportedly first shared the pictures of the shower room in social media circles which created the media storm.

Why do non-Muslim always have to give in?

One day fast for peace and unity

 | July 25, 2013
Malaysians worldwide are invited to fast on July 31 for peace and unity.
KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysians from all walks of life, race and religion are invited to fast for one day on July 31 as a way of showing their unity and for peace in the country.
The organisers of #Fast4Malaysia – Projek Dialog, activist Marina Mahathir and blogger Niki Cheong – described the event as a day where Malaysians are “encouraged to show their friendship with one another by fasting for a day and breaking the fast together”.
“We came up with this initiative called #Fast4Malaysia as response to some of things that are going on in the country. We feel that Malaysia is dividing people instead of bringing people closer together,” Marina told a press conference here.
“We are doing this for unity, solidarity and peace. We want people to know each other rather than to fight with each other,” she added.
Marina called on the public to participate in the event, “but to do it with friends”.
“It is not a solitary thing. We are hoping Muslims will invite their non-Muslim friends to join them so they feel like they are doing something together,” she said.
Marina then stressed that the event was “completely non-political, non-partisan and everyone can join in”.
Participants of the event are encouraged to post photos, videos and blogs onto a special Tumblr site fast4malaysia.tumblr.com, petitionhttp://www.change. Org/en-GB/petitions/malaysians-fast-for-malaysia-on-july-31-2013 and Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/events/430055020443605 and to share their experiences.

Me think we should invite non-Muslim more to our homes than asking and demanding from them to follow us.
It is sad Muslim today do not like to sit and eat sharing the same table with non-Muslim.
And this is the honest truth.

ME THINK THERE IS A DEEP LEAKAGE SOMEWHERE.

Japanese firm taking over NFCorp’s assets, liabilities

July 25, 2013
Kirimitonas Agro Sdn Bhd, has agreed to purchase its entire shares and related companies, says chairman Mohamad Salleh.
KUALA LUMPUR: National Feedlot Corp Sdn Bhd (NFCorp) today clarified that Japanese company, Kirimitonas Agro Sdn Bhd, has agreed to purchase its entire shares and related companies, and accordingly take over all the assets and liabilities including the RM250 million loan with the Malaysian government.
Both parties signed the sales and purchase agreement on Feb 21, NFCorp chairman Mohamad Salleh told a press conference here today.
“NFCorp has no knowledge whatsoever of any variations to the original terms and conditions in the agreement, neither has the buyer informed our client anything to the contrary,” he said when clarifying statements made recently by an opposition member of parliament on the matter.
Earlier this month, Pandan MP Rafizi Ramli’s had queried the government’s efforts to retrieve the outstanding amount owed by NFCorp to the government in light of the takeover by the Japanese firm.
Finance Minister II, Ahmad Husni Mohamad Hanadzlan had responded by saying that the government was banking on Kirimitonas to pay off the NFCorp’s outstanding debt to the government.
Ahmad Husni said that Kirimitonas had pledged to take over the scandal-ridden National Feedlot Centre’s (NFC) cattle farm, and the firm was now awaiting the green light from the ministry.
“The company (Kirimitonas) has agreed to repay all of NFC’s outstanding debts. They will repay the whole loan, but will need a grace period of three years…
“So we are examining the company, whether it has the standing [to manage NFC]. If the negotiations are a success, then the company says it will pay of all the debts,” stressed Ahmad Husni during the winding up for the motion of thanks for the Royal Address.

Bribery on going trend as long as UMNO is the Government

Since Najis became Prime Minister, he has legalized BRIBERY.
Now this kind of trend will continue to haunt us in all coming By Election and GE14.
This is the grave future of  Malaysia.

Concept of synergy

Yesterday (22nd July) at 09:15am, in Minami-ku, Saitama-Shi JR Minami Urawa station, a 30-year-old lady slipped into the gap between the train and the platform when boarding the Keihin Tohoku line. She was stuck at her waist.

About 40 passengers, both on the platform and from the train carriage, came out to help push the train away from the platform so as to rescue the lady. The lady was later brought to the hospital and was reported to have no significant injuries.

When the incident happened, the train staff made an announcement apologizing that the train has been delayed because someone got stuck in the platform gap. Instead of grudging or complaining about the delay during the rush hour, several train passengers voluntarily got off the train to help the train staff rescue the lady. Within moments, everyone got off their seat to join in the rescue.

Guess what?
The Keihin-Tohoku line went back into service within 8 minutes.

Detained for not paying BRIBE

SINGAPOREAN DETAINED FOR NINE DAYS FOR REFUSING TO PAY BRIBE!

Two Singaporeans, understood to be cousins, were classified as 'illegal immmigrants' and detained for nine days in Malaysia.

Last Thursday 18 July 2013, the pair were in the wrong lane at the JB checkpoint and found that the lane counter had no one serving it. When they were reversing out of the lane to re-enter a new one, customs officials intercepted their car.

The official had gestured that he wanted a bribe but the Singaporeans refused to pay.

Because of their refusal to pay, they were then labelled illegal immigrants and taken to Pekan Nanak and imprisoned for nine days.

During this period, they were forced to sleep in the hallway and were only given very small portions of rice, cucumber and some fish. There was no hot water and the family could only send them instant noodles.

It was not until the family paid a fine of 1 000 ringgit that the pair was released. Even then, they were forced to shave their heads before leaving.

When interviewed, one of the cousins, Huang Wensheng, was brought to tears when remembering their encounter.

They have since appointed a lawyer to sue theMalaysian Authorities over this matter.

Commentators have noted that this type of corruption and abuse of power by officials damages the reputation of the whole country so it is important that the authorities deal with this matter seriously.

Why do we allow the Superior Malays bully us?

The photo of the school children eating in the changing room that was posted in Facebook. Note the toilets at the rear.
Certain Malays are working overtime to kill the spirit of stability and peace in Malaysia.
First we have a gang of Malays who abducted a Chinese and wrote allegation onto his chest claiming he has insulted the Malays.  Adding more salt to the wound the Police are sticking their necks out to also back the same story.  But....................there is plenty of buts, WHY????? because the same Malay gang had done this before but no police reports were make.  For that we must give thanks to MCA for telling the past victims not to make an issue out of it.
Now we have to say a BIG THANK YOU to a mentally sick Malay principal who should beheaded by the Chinese and Indians.
This is the result of Mahathir, Hasan Ali, Nordin, Ibrahim Ali and Biro Tata Negara.  Not forgetting our Santa Claus Najis.
Again all the Royal Household are keeping MUM like bloody shit.

In a Facebook post, it is mentioned that the changing room has been cleaned, but the smell of toilets is still there.
No food is being served in the canteen as it is the fasting month.
The post has gone viral with numerous parents, including Muslim ones, expressing anger and shame at the act.
The name of the headmaster and his phone number have also been posted online.
It is understood that media companies are trying to get a response from the school authorities and also comments from the Education Minister.

Full proof that donkey are smarter than our EC

The man in blue tee-shirt on smart phone voted twice (postal vote and day of polling.)

Anggota polis menanyakan soalan "Kenapa kamu mengundi 2 kali?"

Tamat.

Penjelasan;

"Saya membuat laporan, BUKAN ditangkap!"

Anda pula bagaimana?

Yang Benar,

MOHD FADHLI BIN KHAHARRUDDIN

Let us save Perkasa by drilling holes on their heads

Perkasa wants Marino out, demands new Vatican envoy

What is the use of being a Muslim and talking cock at the same time.
Today Muslim in Malaysia are known as an arrogant race and religious freak who are good for nothing and talk like a slime snake.
This Ramadan we have witness many cases of abuse and violence towards the non-Muslim in Malaysia.
Not a sound from the Royal House and every BN/UMNO shits are keeping mum on their own vomit.
The four above are now doing what they do best and that is to claim they are safe guarding Islam/Muslim at the same time behind the scene whacking the daylight off the Indians in Klang.
What is the purpose for causing harm to the Indians?  Is it for the land?  Is it to teach the Indians a lesson? Will the Chinese be next?
Is this the only kind of talent and skill BN/UMNO has?
Why pray at surau and mosque when UMNO can build their own shrine by the roadside praying to Gods like Ibrahim Ali, Nordin and Hassan Ali.
Today Perkasa is demanding for a new Vatican envoy.
Me think before we give in to their demand, we have to save Perkasa members by drilling holes onto their heads to let in oxygen.

Another Mamak that should be kept locked permanently

Khazanah should not be made to pay for Nor Yakcop's fraudulent acts!

The Star's BK Siddhu has the latest scoop on the lawsuit of Tan Sri Halim Saad against Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcop as the first party.

First read back our mid-June postings, Covering up Nor Yakcop's fraud and Truth is Nor Yakcop is a fraud. Rocky Bru put a posting of Halim's summon here. And, Nor Yakcop's affidavit can be found here.

There seemed to be an out-of-court settlement in the making. But, who will be paying for the liabilities arising from the fraudulent act of the first party? Some say it is still alleged fraud, but let's be honest to call a fraud as fraud.

There is such a thing as insurance coverage for professional indemnity. However, it does not and should not apply for actions taken with a clear intention to commit fraud and default on a signed agreement.

For someone whose lost RM16 billion of the nation's money under Bank Negara Malaysia's managed reserve in the past, don't tell us that Khazanah Nasional has to be the insurance company to pay Nor Yakcop's liabilities?

The rakyat will not gives a duck to any excuse in saving a crook even if he is soft spoken, seemed "knowledgeable", and knows a lot of people.

Out-of-court settlement

Let's read BK's story first:

Speculation rife out-of-court settlement being hammered out for Halim Saad's case

By B.K. SIDHU
bksidhu@thestar.com.my

PETALING JAYA: Speculation is rife that an out-of-court settlement is being hammered out to conclude the controversial suit filed by Tan Sri Halim Saad against Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcop and two others over allegations that he was forced to sell his stake in Renong/UEM Group to Khazanah Nasional Bhd in 2001.

The settlement figure bandied around, according to sources, is about RM1bil.

However, in his statement of claim filed at the High Court on April 30, Halim is claiming about RM2bil, which includes accumulated interest and tracts of land that he claims were agreed in an deal reached in 2001.

The sources claim the parties involved have met via their intermediaries with one meeting taking place this week. However, this could not be verified as at press time and Halim, when contacted yesterday, declined comment.

If indeed there is an out-of-court settlement, it would follow the route taken to resolve the six-year suit by former Malaysia Airlines (MAS) executive chairman Tan Sri Tajudin Ramli, who had sued brought a suit against Pengurusan Danaharta over the 32% stake shares in MAS.

Halim, who was once the head honcho of the Renong/UEM group, alleged in his statement of claim that he was “fraudulently induced’’ to sell the shares, and not paid what was agreed.

In his suit, he named the Government and Khazanah as second and third defendants respectively, and Nor Mohamed as the first defendant.

The core of the claim is the series of events which led Halim to give up control of Renong and the role played by the then prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and his special economic adviser, Nor Mohamed.

But to counter Halim’s claims, the defendants filed their defence recently, arguing that Halim’s suit should be struck out because it was time-barred.

For that they cited Section 6 of the Limitation Act 1953, whereby a litigant should act within six years once a cause of action arose.

Nor Mohamed in his affidavit filed on July 8, also denied he told Halim that Umno was the owner of the assets. But Halim in his statement of claim contended that the shares were his, but was told that all the assets that Khazanah took over from him belonged to Umno and therefore there was no reason to pay him for the assets.

Halim also alleged he did not receive the agreed amount of RM1.3bil, tracts of land including those in Iskandar Malaysia, and interest in Kualiti Alam, and others as part of an agreement reached in 2011. Instead he claimed he only got RM165mil, of which RM100mil was the first instalment for the put option that was refunded to him, and RM65mil for interest and costs.

Nor Mohamed alleged that during the whole process of the general offer, Halim did not claim the existence of any agreement to compensate him in cash and property.

To recap, the Asian financial crisis of 1997 led to the fall in Renong’s share price. It was then known as the biggest debtor in town. In 1997, UEM announced it was buying a 32.5% stake in Renong but that did not go down well with investors. To appease the market, Halim had in 1998, offered to buy the Renong shares from UEM via a put option worth RM3.2bil.

Halim paid the first RM100mil but could not pay up the second when it was due, which was when Khazanah took over.

Later, Khazanah took UEM private and cancelled the put option. Through UEM and Renong, Halim then had controlled no fewer than six other public-listed companies and also the land which is now being developed as Iskandar.
Khazanah paying?

What is due for Halim from Khazanah is due to him. It does not matter what is the amount. It is only fair that since Government of Malaysia and not Khazanah was the signatory, Government have to pay.

We doubt that the Government will pay for shares already transferred to Khazanah Nasional. It will not be a surprise that Khazanah is the one involved in the legal suit because the Government side kept silent and only Khazanah issued a statement.

Since Nor Yakcop is Deputy Chairman, the rakyat will be concern on who is paying for the legal bills of Nor Yakcop. And, will the discussion be inclusive of his personal liabilities?

If so, and it is expected to be so, it means Khazanah is solving Nor Yakcop's personal liabilities. That can't be.

Even the argument that he was doing it for Government and not to enrich himself does not hold ground because when one signs an employment agreement or job contract, quite sure one is expected to do so in accordance with the rule stipulated from time to time by the superior and in accordance to the law.

There could be things called professional indemnity coverage by insurance companies to cover negligent claim by clients due to error and omission mistake. But this is a case of intentional fraud and default, not error and omission mistake.

For Nor Yakcop to claim defense on the basis of statutory of limitation, it is not a smart move. He is basically trying to get away on technicality and it is basically an admittance of guilt.

Theoretically, Halim can file for a police report for the crime of fraud. Is there statutory limitation for criminal fraud?

Nor Yakcop and Government may buy time by getting friendly police in Jabatan Siasatan Jenayah (JSJ) or Dato Ramli Yusof's old goldmine at Jabatan Siasatan Jenayah Komersial (JSJK) to NFA or KIV the case or "adjustable" Tan Sri Gani Patail may claim as no case.

Even if Halim passed on, we believe his estate can still continue to make claim on the Government and also Nor Yakcop and his Brother in Racing, Kanari Group of Companies, proxies like Hasbie, xxx, yyy, zzz, etc, and some secretly kept nicely in Dubai.

Government default

Bankers are now acknowledging the reality that Government do default

The meter will be running and Government need to resolve this matter. If not because the Jewish banking world of compounded interest is expensive, the whole world will now know that Nor Yakcop tried to get away on technicality and that is an admittance of guilt.

It means our Government defaulted on a clear cut agreement. Any legal contract involving the Government will be seen as not binding.

Dato Omar Ong and Dato Idris Jala must be scratching their head because in their hurried pace to dupe the nation into believing of their vision of developed Malaysia is to idiotically open up Malaysia, the Government openly act unprofessionally like a 3rd world country to decay on their agreements.

Who is to believe the Government?

Then on the matter of UMNO asset, Nor Yakcop denied it is UMNO assets but as alleged by Halim, Tun Mahathir said Nor Yakcop told him so.

Halim has a witness and unless, his witness Tan Sri Rashid Manaf can be bought or bribed or threatened albeit in the infamous soft spoken Nor Yakcop way, Nor Yakcop basically lied to Tun Mahathir.

On "Nor Mohamed alleged that during the whole process of the general offer, Halim did not claim the existence of any agreement to compensate him in cash and property", we are still trying to understand this. The agreement is well documented and there are correspondance.

Is Nor Yakcop trying to buy time till he can come up with a better legally credible excuse? Also there is the probability that Nor Yakcop does not have his documents in order and worse still, he does not know what is at stake.

Reckless

Damn what do I care!!!

If one remember the way he siphoned money CBT-wise at Abrar Corporation Berhad, he does it amaterishly in the manner of a reckless foreign exchange trader Nor Yakcop is.

Main hantam saja!

If that is the case, Halim should ask for more than a RM1 billion settle all deal. Can 0.1% be alright as fee? Just kidding ...

Read back past postings below on why this man Nor Yakcop is not only a fraud, but corrupted, reckless and irresponsible, and dishonest:
Part 1: A great talent leaves
Part 2: Continued presence
Part 3: Bounty to hunt
Part 4: Rogue trader
Part 5: Forgiven sins
Part 6: Cover-up and rising up
Part 7: Aides charged for corruption
There is still many more Parts. It is a slow month of Ramadhan and there is the Kuala Besut by-election.

The big puzzle is why Prime Minister Dato Najib still trust a man who breached the Trustee Act is thus not trustworthy, unlawfully committed CBT under the Company Act, and now practically admited himself is a fraud be kept as Deputy Chairman and Chairman of Executive Committee of Khazanah?

With the appointment of another fraud, namely Emir Mavani as CEO of Felda Global Venture Berhad, and allegedly took commission and kickback, Dato Najib mindset could be in the dangerous, careless and reckless zone ofmoral hazard.

Even keeping Emir for few months as claim by BK Siddhu here is a dangerous and irresponsible thing to do. Mavani can do what Nick Leeson and Nor Yakcop did. He's even got the wife to attend and asked question in his meeting.

Being a leader, one must know when it is time to be decisive and to be cruel, in order to be kind to the rest.

Jamie Oliver Campaign makes McDonald’s change recipe

Chef Jamie Oliver won a battle against one of the largest fast food chains in the world. After Oliver showed how McDonald’s hamburgers are made, the franchise announced it will change its recipe.
According to Oliver, the fatty parts of beef are “washed” in ammonium hydroxide and used in the filling of the burger. Before this process, according to the presenter, the food is deemed unfit for human consumption.
According to the chef and presenter, Jamie Oliver, who has undertaken a war against the fast food industry: “Basically, we’re taking a product that would be sold in the cheapest way for dogs, and after this process, is being given to human beings.”
Besides the low quality of the meat, the ammonium hydroxide is harmful to health. Oliver calls it “the pink slime process.”
“Why would any sensible human being put meat filled with ammonia in the mouths of their children?” asked the chef, who wages a war against the fast food industry.
In one of his initiatives, Oliver demonstrates to children how nuggets are made. After selecting the best parts of the chicken, the remains (fat, skin and internal organs) are processed for these fried foods.
The company, Arcos Dorados, the franchise manager in Latin America, said such a procedure is not practiced in the region. The same applies to the product in Ireland and the UK, where they use meat from local suppliers.
In the United States, Burger King and Taco Bell had already abandoned the use of ammonia in their products. The food industry uses ammonium hydroxide as an anti-microbial agent in meats, which has allowed McDonald’s to use otherwise “inedible meat.”
Even more disturbing is that because ammonium hydroxide is considered part of the “component in a production procedure” by the USDA, consumers may not know when the chemical is in their food.
On the official website of McDonald’s, the company claims that their meat is cheap because, while serving many people every day, they are able to buy from their suppliers at a lower price, and offer the best quality products.
In addition, the franchise denied that the decision to change the recipe is related to Jamie Oliver’s campaign. On the site, McDonald’s has admitted that they have abandoned the beef filler from its burger patties.

Why is it okay for a Muslim to insult other races and religion?

Can someone please answer this?

Court’s ‘no bail’ decision a warning

July 19, 2013
There can be no compromise on any form of insult on religion or other sensitive matters, even if said and done for fun, said Home Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamid.
BANGI: The decision by the court in not granting bail to couple Alvin Tan and Vivian Lee for mocking Islam should be a lesson for everyone.
Home Minister Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said it should be a lesson for young people of all races to not make a mockery of other people’s religious beliefs.
“Any form of insult, although initially for fun, but on sensitive matters, including on religion, they should not be made fun of and cannot be compromised,” he told reporters after the breaking of fast with the Malaysian Civil Defence Department here yesterday.
He said the peace and harmony in the country should be preserved by all quarters and they should not attempt to touch on matters which had been enshrined in the Federal Constitution, like on Islam being the official religion of the country.
Tan, 25, and Lee 24, pleaded not guilty in the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court yesterday to three charges related to their action in posting their Ramadan Bak Kut Teh greeting on their Facebook page and pornographic pictures in their blogs.
Deputy public prosecutor Noorin Badaruddin asked the court to not grant them  bail because of their tendency to upload pictures that could arouse public outrage.

Media Statement 16.7.2013
14/07/2013 Hindraf CEC Member Mr Kumar and Mr Manoharan visited the victims of Indian targeted attack by malay mob on Wednesday 10/7/2013 at Pangsapuri Sri Rebana ,Bandar Bukit Raja,Klang,
A group of approximately 100 Malay mob attacked the apartment on Wednesday night and slashed5 Indian Youth with “parang”  and corner a Indian lady and place a “parang” on her neck and intimidated her at entrance of Block A – PangsapuriRebana ,Although the Malay mob were displaying “parangs” in plain view of the police but police made no effort to disarm or arrest them for carrying the weapons. They were seen trying to pacify them and talking very friendly. Another witness mentioned that several “parangs” were being taken out of a police car and given to the Malay mob.
According to witness Police road block were set up in the 3 only roads that lead to apartment as below:-.
1st road block from KlangUtama to Bukit Raja PR flats (Motorcycle Lane)
2nd road block at Jalan HjSirat
3rd road block near the surau, close to PR bloks.
But our question is how did 100 motorcycles of outsider manage to pass thru the these road blocks?
One of the witness(don’t want to reveal name) says at  10:30 pm, a group of 50 people assault 2 Indian youth near “Econsafe”KlangUtama with sticks, golf clubs and crash helmets. Both victims aged 16 years of age. They mentioned that 2 of their assailants were policemen in uniform.
Much as we are wary of the racially sensitive nature of such incidents and have acted with restrain, giving the police enough time and space do their work discreetly, it is totally unacceptable that after five days the only statement issued is one of denial and deception.
In fact, they even went further to warn “certain groups” not to highlight this matter or face arrest.  We will not be cowed by this as our primary concern is that the members, instigators and ring leads of the mob may still be on the loose, and free to murder, maim, injure or intimidate innocent people.
Hence, we implore the Royal Malaysian Police to
i)  act impartially and professionally and bring to justice ALL those responsible.
ii) issue a true and comprehensive statement of the events that took place between 10th-14th July 2013 in Klang Utama.
iii) state clearly what preventive measures were taken and explain why the mob was able to return on the second night
The police and the government have a duty to assure the traumatised people that their right to life and equal protection before the law, as enshrined in Article 5 (1) and Article 8(1) of the Federal Constitution would be upheld.
We want an investigation to be done and prosecute those malay mob who involved in this racial attack for an attempt to murder and dismissed those police personal involved .We urged the police to not planned and cover up for this case.

Dear TNB meter reader

Dear TNB meter reader,
As a Muslim I am disappointed and sad that a man of your position do not care or wish to understand the people of Malaysia.
Malaysia is a country with mixed races and religion.
Malaysia is not a Muslim country.
Everyday we get hypocrite like you talking like a single soul living in Malaysia.  As a Muslim Leader you should show by example and stop people like Ibrahim Ali, Nordin, Omar Ong, Ridhuan Tee Abdullah, Perkasa members and Malay NGOs from insulting and belittling the other races and religion.  Even the new MB of Kedah has found his new calling as a Muslim Chaser.  But behind the scene he still maintains his sinful life style.
Today is still Ramadan.  So be careful with your warning and threat to non Muslim.  When people curse  your karma will get worse. I for one will clap and cheer when the time comes.

Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin today warned all parties not to challenge and mock the sanctity of Islam to the extent of incurring the wrath of Muslims in the country.
He said insults such as the latest perpetrated by the infamous couple, Alvin Tan and Vivian Lee, appeared to be increasing lately and it was of grave concern that such actions could lead to religious tension.
"Islam's status should not be questioned as it is enshrined in the Federal Constitution. I'm concerned that if such mockery is unchecked it will become a trend which Muslims will not tolerate anymore," he said.
