We continue to take in rubbish

"The Johor government and Taiwan's CPC Corp quietly signed and agreement early last week to build a RM35 billion petrochemical complex in Pengerang, Johor."

"CPC wanted to build the petrochemical plant in Taiwan, but that plan was shot down after it met with opposition from environmental groups, forcing Taiwan's President Ma Ying-jeou to withdraw his support for the project in 2011."
