Citizen Arrest

These are the UMNO cum Perkasa cum Pekida cum PDRM thugs who went wild bashing up peaceful protesters during Bersih 3.0.
These are the ones (semua Melayu) who should be investigated.
Knowing how our Judges work for UMNO, we know these thugs will never be remanded to get free accommodation and makan at Dang Wangi.
So do we not have the right to arrest these thugs ourselves?
