PRINCE Harry has been on secret dates with Australian pop singer Natalie Imbruglia and calls her by the pet name of "Angel", a British magazine says.
The pair have been meeting at a café at Windsor, near both Imbruglia's home and the Queen's official residence.
"He likes it there because it's very low-key,'' an insider told the UK's Grazia magazine, which splashed the story across its front page.
"They're very conscious that people will see them together.''
Harry and Imbruglia were recently spotted together backstage at a London festival, watching Las Vegas band The Killers.
"Harry was naughty around Natalie; he pinched her bum and laughed at one point,'' a source said.
"But they were affectionate too. Harry called Natalie 'Angel' several times and she played with his hair.''
The prince's security team also referred to Imbruglia as Harry's girlfriend when making arrangements for him to attend the festival
"They specifically said he would be with his girlfriend and some other friends.
"Natalie was the only other girl there along with Harry and his friends.
"When The Killers performed, Harry and Natalie both watched from the side of the stage.
"He couldn't stop hugging her, kissing her on the cheek and putting his arms around her.''
The pair's friendship was first revealed after Harry, 24, donned a doctor's costume and slipped into Imbruglia's 34th birthday party in London in February.
"It's no secret that Harry has always fancied Natalie and their relationship has been slowly building since they first met,'' the insider said.
"They're in regular contact - they send texts and meet up when they can.
"They have a laugh when they're together and he thinks she's gorgeous.''
