Hiding behind the veil of power and money, the collapse of the former Jaya Shopping Centre.

The Selangor government should not behave like a small boy when it comes to the collapse of former Jaya Shopping Centre. Seven workers die in that incident. The state government should set an example by taking legal action against the Jaya Section Fourteen Sdn. Bhd., DP Architects Sdn. Bhd., Meinhardht Sdn. Bhd., DLS Management, Pembinaan CW Yap Sdn. Bhd., and Jurutera Perunding Sdn. Bhd. All these companies biggest shareholder is none other than Tun Daim holding 51%.

This incident is not the first concerning Tun Daim, remember Bright Sparklers.

So far everyone is talking cock. Blacklisting a company is stupid. The same people can form another company and the whole episode will spin another round. A mere fine of RM5,000 or even RM50,000 is peanut to them. If you are serious go for RM100 million. The way the Selangor government tackle life and death issue is similar to the way UMNO pretending to be ignorant of the law.
